1. Services

MyMaidLA provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Los Angeles area and surrounding neighborhoods. Our services include, but are not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and Airbnb/vacation rental cleaning.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

2. Booking and Scheduling

When you book a cleaning service through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and cleaning needs. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations for residential cleaning made less than 24 hours before the appointment is subject to a $50 penalty. For specialty services such as move-in/move-out cleaning or Airbnb cleaning, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% fee of the price quoted for that specialty clean.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are listed on our website and may vary based on the size of the property, type of cleaning requested, and any additional services. We strive to provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of our services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals
  • Secure or remove valuable items, including jewelry, cash, and important documents
  • Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions in your property
  • Ensure pets are secured or contained during the cleaning service
  • Provide necessary access to water, electricity, and other utilities

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide excellent service with every cleaning. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service, and we will make every effort to address your concerns, including re-cleaning the affected areas at no additional charge.

6. Liability and Insurance

MyMaidLA carries liability insurance to cover any accidental damage that may occur during our cleaning services. In the event of damage, please notify us immediately so we can assess and address the situation. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the coverage limits of our insurance policy.

We are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in a state of disrepair prior to our service.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyMaidLA website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MyMaidLA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

9. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
